Are Americans At Risk Of Another Terrorist Attack On Sept 14th 2007?

Below is an Email that was sent by a concerned citizen of the U.S.A. to a coincidence theorist.

She sent me a copy of the email. This was the Subject line: an e-mail I sent to a coincidence theorist.

What I think that everyone should understand, no matter what they may believe about conspiracy theories concerning the government, is that government conspiracies are certainly nothing new.

Who burned down Rome and blamed it on the Christians, banking on the people believing him simply because he was ruler? Nero.

Who had all of the Knights Templar burned at the stake as heretics because he said they were? King Philip IV of France.

Who infected black men with syphilis for 40 years in Alabama in the United States to use them as guinea pigs..? The United States Government.

Who was it that concocted Operation: Northwoods to commit false acts of terrorism and launch a complicated campaign to blame it on Cuba to provide a pretext for military intervention there..? The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under JFK.

Conspiracies concerning the government and those who wish to do away with it have existed for millennia…

My point is that because conspiracies have been around ever since government was first formed on this planet, you should consider them viable options. There have always been greedy men who want power and money in the government and the fact that a man who was very willing to commit false acts of terrorism against the United States and blame it on another country made it to the office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff should bother you very, very much. In earlier times, conspiracies were much easier for high officials (church and government) to carry out, simply because during those times, the word of one such official is all that was needed. King Philip IV did not have to offer proof that the Templars were heretics; all he had to do was say that it was true and it was so. These days, people expect more and much more at that, but simply because people expect more proof that an event is a certain person's fault or took place in a certain way, does not mean that the conspiracy theory is not true. A conspiracy theory is only a conspiracy theory until there is sufficient evidence to prove that it is plausible or even probable.

Do I believe that the major media organizations have been bought out? Yes, I do. Jamie McEntire, the Pentagon correspondent on 9/11, said that day that there was no visible sign of a plane having crashed anywhere NEAR the Pentagon and yet, sometime within the past year or two, he has released a video stating that he never said any such thing and that "I was there" and "I took pictures", even though there is video proof showing that he did say that.

What I am saying is that government conspiracies have not "gone away" with the times, they have only gotten more sophisticated and complicated. After all, what are the people in the CIA and FBI and other covert organizations trained to do..? They are trained to follow orders and not ask too many questions, no matter what. That is what they test for during training. If you don't follow orders, you wash out. If you ask too many questions, you wash out. Period. They don't want people who think, they want people who will "do their jobs". Ask any policemen or policewomen that you know what they are going to do when martial law is implemented and they know it's illegal or wrong. I guarantee you that 8 out of 10 policemen and women will answer you: "I'll do my job."

As a Christian, Wayne, the very idea of martial law should scare you as it scares me. The fact that the government is training for it as we speak bothers me greatly, I don't care how much they say the "terrorists" are after us. A national emergency or "catastrophic emergency" is basically anything the President says it is.

Do you know that a subsidiary of Halliburton has been contracted to build new "detention centers" (concentration camps??) in the event of a "national emergency"? They are supposedly going to be used for an "unexpected influx of illegal immigrants", but with the history of "detention centers" in the United States and in Europe, the very idea of "detention centers" being built for ANY reason should be worrisome. Hitler originally called them "detention centers", I do believe. Say that gas prices go through the roof and riots begin? Do they get used to control those people? Will they start gathering up "terrorists", like they did during WWII with the Japanese and Germans in the U.S.? The fact that it was unconstitutional at the time didn't seem to stop them from doing it. Will they use the "detention centers" for those of middle eastern descent? I doubt they will be used for an "unexpected influx of illegal immigrants."

I stay on top of these matters concerning the government because they are important and because I do not trust anything that I hear or see on main stream news anymore. The fact that a Presidential directive concerning a "continuity of government" plan was signed this past May without a word of press coverage bothers me. If it is so important, why keep it under wraps? A passage of particular concern is this:

""Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions;"

This means that it does not have to be an attack on the United States by another foreign power or even a natural disaster that causes a mass number of casualties. It can be basically anything the President says it is. What if the Chinese government calls in the debt that the United States owes it? Does that count? After "population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions", what is left that can be disrupted?

Second of all, this directive states that the government gains control of the "private sector". That seems a little overreaching, to me. My main issue with this presidential directive is the fact that it was not publicized that he has signed such a directive as this.

Thirdly, it states that the President will "coordinate" all three branches of government. There are enough loopholes in this directive for an elephant to jump through. It is constructed in some pretty broad language and not publicized, at that. Worrisome.

If you wish to read the entire document yourself, it is

NATIONAL SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/NSPD 51
HOMELAND SECURITY PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTIVE/HSPD-20

And you can find it on http://www.whitehouse.gov

The Continuity of Operations plan was put into effect for the first time immediately following the September 11th attacks on the United States. This plan has existed since the cold war era and was criticized due to the fears of people that unelected officials would gain office and use their sweeping emergency powers to create a dictatorship. Think of Egypt: it has been under martial law for many, many years. The only thing necessary for this to happen is that the "state of emergency" be renewed. The martial law legislation in Egypt has been renewed by Parliament in Egypt ever since 1967. It would be folly to assume that the same could not happen in the United States.

"Their implementation involves a rotating staff of 75 to 150 senior officials and other government workers from every Cabinet department and other parts of the executive branch in two secure bunkers on the East Coast. Friends, family and co-workers can only reach them through a toll-free number and personal extensions.

The Bush Administration officially admitted the implementation of the plan on March 1, 2002.[1][2] Key congressional leaders say they didn't know this government-in-waiting had been established.[3][4]"

ADDITIONALLY, "Public Law 109-364, or the " John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007" (H.R.5122), was signed by President Bush on October 17, 2006, and allows the President to declare a "public emergency" and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor or local authorities."

So, that, in conjunction with his new presidential directive, basically does completely away with state, local, territorial, and tribal power simply because he decides to declare a "public emergency". If nothing else makes you afraid, that certainly should.

To underestimate the possibility of government conspiracies to keep the public under control and dismiss them simply because they are viewed as "extreme" or "bizarre" by the media is to underestimate the amount of evil in the world, Wayne… and that is most certainly something that I do not do. Anyone who seriously questions the government's true role in 9/11 publicly and declares it a conspiracy has been harassed and called all kinds of names by the mainstream media, especially Fox News. Scientists and college professors have had their work discredited and have been threatened with being fired, if they have not indeed been fired already. People are being harassed for even DARING to publicly question the official story. Think of the campaign to disprove 9/11 conspiracy theories. Why are they paying so much attention to debunking this theory if there is nothing to it? Was such a campaign launched to disprove the JFK conspiracy or the belief that the government had Martin Luther King Jr. killed, as important as those men were to society..? Not to my knowledge.

Do you know that recently a cop was caught on video by the person he pulled over saying that he could make up any reason he wanted to send the kid to jail? "You wanna try me? You think you're having a bad night, I will RUIN your (**&^% night. Do you want to go to jail for some ^%$#@ reason I come up with?" These people EXIST! At the highest and lowest levels of government, they exist. Do you know that that cop has only been SUSPENDED without pay instead of outright FIRED??

Do you know that Colonel Oliver North was questioned in front of members of Congress and he was asked by a congressman from Texas whether he was involved with developing a plan by FEMA to suspend the United States Constitution during a national emergency? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ug0IL7k3elQ&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Edailykos%2Ecom%2Fstoryonly%2F2007%2F5%2F20%2F31456%2F0376 The exchange you should pay attention to happens at 0:50. The Chairman stops him dead from asking that question. What are they hiding??

All this aside, martial law and any "state of emergency" should be something that any Christian person who knows anything about the end of days is afraid of. It does say in the Bible that in the end of days, people will be so delusional as to believe a lie.

The fact that the government is also training clergymen and women since at least last year to convince people to go quietly into martial law by citing Romans 13 is also disquieting. The government calling on the church to keep control of people is bothersome at the very least. I tell you this: if martial law is enacted, I will not be listening to any clergy. I'll likely head for the hills and you won't be able to reach me anymore. Imagine them going door to door and cataloging people, running names through the computer and if your name pops up, you get to take a ride. "I don't know what all you tinfoil-hat wearing conspiracy theorists are so worried about. Sheez. Just get into the boxcar, there will be warm meals and a shower at the end of the ride..." At least, that's what they told the Jews in Nazi Germany. Speaking of that, you do know that George W. Bush is descended from Nazi sympathizers, right..? His grandfather was found to be doing business with Nazi Germany during WWII and had a number of assets seized and a BBC documentary also claims that he was connected to the Business Plot to assassinate FDR and overthrow the United States government. The Business Plot was primarily funded by U.S. Steel, General Motors, Chase National Bank, the American Liberty League, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.

You don't have to believe any of this, Wayne, but… the legislation that's been passed ever since 9/11 in conjunction with that already on the books is worrisome. Just because this is the United States… you shouldn't convince yourself that "they can't do that". :-/ And with the clergy backing martial law now, there wouldn't be much to stop them from doing just that.
